Vyzora provides a suite of free, browser-based artificial-intelligence tools — including caption generation, background removal, hashtag generation, bio generation, resume building, plagiarism checking, ATS scoring, text-to-speech, and personal media downloading. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or harmful content.
Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
Download, scrape, redistribute, or monetize media you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service.
Use the Service to create deepfakes, impersonate real people, or commit fraud.
Submit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to or generate with the Service and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, branding and original content, is owned by Vyzora and protected by copyright and trademark law. Content you generate using our AI tools belongs to you, subject to the underlying AI model providers’ terms.

4. Third-Party Content & Downloaders

Some tools (Instagram Downloader, Thumbnail Downloader, etc.) can fetch publicly available media. These tools are provided strictly for users to back up content they own or have explicit permission to download. You agree to comply with the terms of service of each respective platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and applicable copyright law. Vyzora is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok or any other third-party platform.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or hallucinations. Always review and verify AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it for important decisions. Vyzora is not liable for any consequences arising from use of AI outputs.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. By using the Service you consent to the display of advertisements. We do not endorse the products or services advertised.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyzora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, with or without notice.
