Vyzora respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Important Note About Our Service
Vyzora does not host, store, cache, or redistribute third-party copyrighted content. Our downloader tools simply fetch publicly available URLs at the user’s request and pass them directly to the user’s device. We do not have control over what content users choose to access.
Filing a Notice of Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been linked to or displayed on the Service in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with sufficient detail (URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notice
If you believe material was disabled or removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent containing the elements specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
